Rosemont – La Petite Patrie

The borough of Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie has an impressive number of urban villages. The former Angus Shops, Little Italy, the area around Molson Park, Garden City, Masson promenade and La Petite-Patrie all have their own distinct character and active community life. In the heart of these villages is a wide range of housing types typically found in Montreal: single‑family homes, duplexes and triplexes. The cultural life is vibrant thanks to Cinéma Beaubien, which presents a varied program and hosts the Festival international des films pour enfants de Montréal (Montreal International Children’s Film Festival). The borough also has hundreds of local businesses, including unparalleled retail shopping on the iconic Plaza Saint‑Hubert and at Jean‑Talon Market.
